Gurkha Security (London) Limited operates a 24 Hour operations Centre, monitoring staff alertness and able to direct assistance from the emergency services and mobile inspectorate with a duty manager on call to provide immediate assistance and back up.

The above service to be monitored by our mobile inspectorate, carrying out random visits throughout the provision of services. The inspectorate attend in livered vehicles equipped with Mobile phone / band 3 radio and monitor staff alertness, welfare and effectiveness. A hand held two way Mobile radio is supplied to the guard where necessary to be used while on patrol.

Periodic check calls between sites and our control, comprehensive log reports and patrols clocks are maintained and are submitted to clients daily.
